The amount depends on the country and course length — typically first-year tuition plus one year of living costs. You usually have to show the funds have been held for a set period, often 28 days. Your advisor will tell you the exact figure, which account it should sit in, and what evidence is accepted.
We start by reading the refusal notice carefully. Most refusals come down to incomplete financial evidence or an unconvincing statement of intent, and a corrected re-application is usually possible. Our refund policy is in writing and you see it before signing anything.
Not every country requires one, but where it does your advisor runs a mock interview using questions that embassy actually asks. The key is that your answers line up with the documents you submitted.
